- Manage day-to-day office operations, including reception/front office duties, mail/package distribution, and supply management.
- Perform bookkeeping and accounting duties, including coding/entry to database, verifying expense receipts, and tracking COI.
- Provide administrative and project support, including proofreading, word processing, and data entry.
**Requirements:**
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 3 years of in-office work experience related to the primary and essential responsibilities.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
