- Administrative and Financial Administration
- Prepare and submit expense reports, for departmental staff
- Assist with the tracking of departmental budgets and expenditures
- Assist with purchase orders, invoices, check requests, and vendor payment processing.
- Collect, sort, and distribute mail for assigned departments
- Assist with travel requests
- Data Management and Special Projects
- Assist Privacy Office with administration of member HIPAA rights with updating and maintaining the Privacy database, processing re-directed correspondence, member authorizations, and other record-keeping functions.
- Scheduling, Meeting Coordination, and Communications
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and conference calls with multiple departments. Coordinate meeting logistics, including room reservations, technology setup and materials preparation
- Performs all other miscellaneous responsibilities and duties as assigned or directed.
