Barback, Busser, and Food Runner

Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Barback to join our team. This role is essential to maintaining a clean and organized environment in the bar areas. The ideal candidate will ensure that glassware, cleaning, and bar support duties are handled efficiently to support a smooth dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Dishwashing & Cleaning

• Clean and sanitize glassware and bar utensils.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar area and storage areas.
• Ensure that garbage and recycling are regularly emptied and disposed of.
• Sweep and mop floors in bar area and bathroom areas as needed.

Bar Support

• Assist bartenders by restocking bar supplies (ice, glassware, garnishes, mixers) as needed.
• Keep bar area clean, including wiping down counters, emptying trash, and ensuring glassware is readily available.
• Monitor ice levels and replace as necessary throughout the shift.
• Assist with organization and inventory management of bar supplies.

General Support

• Follow all health and safety regulations, maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Assist with other tasks as directed by the General Manager or Kitchen Manager.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operation during peak hours.

Requirements:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Flexibility with schedule, including availability on evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
• Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is a plus but not required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $14.00 per hour
