What You'll Do

The HRBP is a generalist position primarily responsible for supporting the employees assigned to our Phoenix & Tempe offices, as well as contributing to and executing regional HR practices and initiatives that will achieve business goals in an array of core HR functions.

The position is broad in scope and our ideal candidate will be energized in a hands-on role that is highly productive and where they are able to apply excellent business instincts, develop talent, use data to drive decisions, and help maintain an environment where employees can thrive.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a subject matter expert and have the ability to be a collaborative influencer across our organization.   • Partner with business and functional managers on people issues including performance management, employee engagement, employee relations, and other areas as needed
  • Respond to and resolve employee inquires in a timely and effective manner, escalating issues as needed
  • Train leaders on management best practices
  • Conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations and handle complex employee relations issues while teaching and empowering leaders in the process
  • Assure Company policies are administered fairly and consistently across the organization
  • Understand the staffing needs to develop and execute effective talent attraction strategies
  • Be a steward in sustaining a culture that is a differentiator to our success
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and regulations
  • Review and analyze current HR practices, processes and systems and make recommendations where appropriate to ensure continuous improvement
  • Champion our core values by ensuring that they’re incorporated into our policies, practices, initiatives, and day-to-day decision making


What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR, organizational management, business, psychology or related field
  • 5 years of progressively increasing human resources generalist experience
  • Unquestionable integrity and discretion with an ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
  • Thorough knowledge in the areas of employee relations, compensation, compliance, organizational design, benefits and total rewards
  • Ability to move between strategic and tactical thinking to create a positive impact on the success of the business
  • A people first approach with a commitment to excellence
  • A passion for the mission, vision and values of Enstall
  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred
  • Experience supporting a dispersed team across multiple locations and geographic areas


Where You'll Be Located

This position will split time between our Phoenix, AZ & Tempe, AZ offices with an opportunity to work remotely 1-2 days/week.

What We'll Offer

We offer competitive compensation determined by each individual's relevant experience, skills, education and location. We anticipate the base salary for this position to be between $85,000 and $105,000 annually, if located in the Arizona market. In addition to base salary, Enstall employees are eligible for either an annual bonus or commission, depending on their position. If your desired salary falls outside of these rates, we hope you'll still apply as there may be other positions that better align.
