What You'll Do

As the Azure Cloud Specialist at Enstall, you will focus primarily on managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure, including networking and cloud based Azure environment. Security will be a critical, but balanced part of the responsibilities, ensuring our infrastructure meets best practices across the board.

Systems Administration

• Azure Environment Management: Oversee the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of Azure resources to ensure optimal performance and availability.
• Microsoft 365 Administration: Manage and support Microsoft 365 services, ensuring seamless integration within the organization.
• Infrastructure Support: Maintain and troubleshoot systems, including virtual machines, storage, and network configurations.
• Networking: Configure and maintain network devices, such as Cisco Meraki Cloud-managed devices and Sophos Firewalls to ensure secure and efficient connectivity.
• Troubleshooting: Resolve technical issues efficiently, applying advanced diagnostic skills to minimize downtime and maintain system reliability.

Security and Compliance

• Broad Security Oversight: Implement and maintain security measures across all IT environments, including Azure, Microsoft 365 and networks.
• Risk Mitigation: Conduct periodic security reviews to identify vulnerabilities and propose actionable remediation plans.
• Incident Response: Support security incident investigations and assist in remediation efforts.
• Compliance Standards: Ensure systems comply with applicable industry standards and best practices (e.g., CIS, NIST).

Automation and Monitoring

• Monitoring: Establish monitoring practices using tools like Azure Monitor and other logging solutions to track system performance and security events.
• Automation: Develop automations using PowerShell or Power Platform to automate routine tasks, improving operational efficiency.

Collaboration and Support

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure systems and security measures align with organizational goals.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members as needed.

What You'll Bring

• 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field
• Solid experience in managing Azure environments, including Azure AD, virtual machines, and storage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite administration.
• Intermediate knowledge of networking concepts (e.g., subnets, VLANs) and hands-on experience with Meraki Cloud and Sophos Firewalls.
• Strong understanding of general IT security principles, including identity management, data protection, and threat mitigation.
• Familiarity with security frameworks (CIS, NIST) and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell for automation and configuration management.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for resolving complex IT issues.
• Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to work in a dynamic team environment
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or Security Engineer Associate, preferred

Where You'll Be Located

This is a hybrid position located in North Andover, MA

What We’ll Offer

We offer competitive compensation determined by each individual's relevant experience, skills, education and location. We anticipate the base salary for this position to be between $90,000 and $100,000 annually, if located in the North Andover market. In addition to base salary, Enstall employees are eligible for either an annual bonus or commission, depending on their position. If your desired salary falls outside of these rates, we hope you'll still apply as there may be other positions that better align.
