Esformes Hebrew Academy in Ormond Beach, FL is seeking on-call substitute teachers to work with all ages. We are a preschool through 8th grade school with substitute needs at all levels. We are currently interviewing for both General and Judaic Studies teachers. Long-term positions may be available as well.
Responsibilities :
- Follow the lesson plans provided by the teacher to create a cohesive and consistent learning experience for students.
- Manage the classroom effectively to encourage student participation, minimize distractions, and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Adapt your teaching methods to fit the needs of each class / student.
- Supervise students in and out of the classroom, including in the halls, on the playground, and in the cafeteria.
