The employee will often need to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, climb, stoop, kneel, crawl, talk, and hear. There may be a need for good dexterity and climbing over equipment occasionally.
The employee in this position often encounters wet and/or humid conditions, outdoor elements, and potentially dangerous substances. They also get along with dirt, grease, and moving mechanical parts, necessitating protective equipment. The work environment typically has a moderate noise level.

Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation and cleanup of construction sites.
- Load and unload construction materials.
- Operate and care for construction equipment and machines.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and implement construction plans.
- Help craft workers with their duties.
- Maintain a safe and clean job site by handling materials and storing them properly.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the construction manager.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in construction is preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform physical labor and lift heavy objects.
- Familiarity with construction tools and equipment.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to follow instructions and work
