Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Painter/Laborer to join our team. This role involves performing various painting tasks in both residential and commercial settings, ensuring high-quality finishes and adherence to safety standards. Duties
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming as necessary.
- Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
- Perform minor repairs and touch-ups on surfaces as needed.
- Assist with construction tasks such as trim carpentry, plastering, and masonry work.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while maintaining quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and materials are properly stored after use.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction painting is preferred.
- Familiarity with commercial painting techniques is a plus.
- Skills in trim carpentry, plastering, annd masonry are highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards collaboration.
