Integration of functional areas for a geographic region to maximize customer experience, employee well-being & engagement, growth, and profitability. Full regional P&L ownership. Directly manage all Project Managers, Program Managers and Administrative staff. The RVP will be the leader of the A&I office(s) within their region reporting to the General Manager of Instrumentation & Controls in the Automation & Intelligence Division.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The work environment is characteristic of an office environment: sitting, standing, walking, bending and lifting are required to perform job responsibilities. The employee must occasionally lift and move up to 20 lbs.

Job Description
Integration of functional areas for a geographic region to maximize customer experience, employee well-being & engagement, growth, and profitability. Full regional P&L ownership. Directly manage all Project Managers, Program Managers and Administrative staff. The RVP will be the leader of the A&I office(s) within their region reporting to the General Manager of Instrumentation & Controls in the Automation & Intelligence Division.
- Responsible for holding a regular meeting cadence with each functional team, including sales, operations and finance, to ensure alignment.
- Accountable for managing the financial and execution risks across the project portfolio within their region and communicating the risk profile to the senior leadership team.
- Actively participate in project scheduling and forecasting meetings with operations to achieve revenue and EBITDA targets every period.
- Ensure timely completion of projects through rigorous process, reporting and communication with delivery team.
- Ensure project profitability through scope management and use of change orders, when appropriate.
- Market pricing setting with estimation team to maximize profitable growth.
- Develop an estimation review cadence with sales and project managers to quickly identify any systemic estimation failures or additional training requirements.
- Integration with Contract Administrator to negotiate terms with customers, communicate acceptable risk to legal department, ensure timely version turns to meet customers’ needs.
- Monitor and enforce company standards of excellence, including safety, professionalism, preparedness, appearance, timeliness, etc., for all direct and indirect regional team members within the region.
- Collaborate and coordinate with operations through participation in operations and service update calls.
- Provide input to and alignment with operational strategic goals and process refinement / improvement initiatives.
- Actively participate in Sales & Operational Planning meetings for capacity planning and production planning meetings for scheduling / prioritization of work across A&I.
- Drive cross-selling and repeat customer project sales through project managers and service teams.
- Coordinate sales efforts with Regional Sales Managers and Account Executives
- Manage regional overhead expenses.
- Leading cultural alignment and engagement, including holiday parties, company picnics, etc.
- Employee turnover management reduction with functional owners.
- Key relationship ownership, including Inframark O&M & MUD relationship interaction monthly.
- Lead quarterly reviews with A&I Executive Leadership Team and functional areas.
- Regional financial performance
- Identify market expansion opportunities.
- Identify competencies (i.e. electricians, etc.) and industry and vendor certifications (CSIA, UL, Rockwell, Siemens, Schneider, AVEVA, VTSCADA, Ignition, etc.) required to expand the market.
- Identify acquisition opportunities.
- Competitive analysis with sales and PM team.
