What are the responsibilities and job description for the Regional Vice President of Operations position at Mission Health Communities?
Mission Health Communities is looking for a Regional Vice President of Operations to join our team in Georgia. The RVP will work in conjunction with the Senior Vice President of Operations supporting the Company in its efforts to attain regional and company business goals in accordance with residents' needs, government regulations, and Mission Health's policies and procedures. The RVP's focus is providing hands-on support, guidance and direction on operations standards for cost control, quality and safety control while maintaining excellent service quality.

Mission Health Communities manages and operates senior living communities across 8 states. This position will be responsible for some of our portfolio throughout the state of Georgia, will require travel to all communities in the region and will require travel down to the home office in Tampa, FL periodically.
Requirements :
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Gerontology or related field preferred
- Must have an active NHA license in the state of Georgia
- 5 years of progressive healthcare management experience with extensive knowledge and understanding of Post Acute Care environment and market
- 5 years of experience managing a multi-million dollar P&L
- 2 years of experience managing multiple skilled nursing facilities, ideally in a regional capacity
- Extensive experience building and leading teams.
- Knowledge of clinical operations, marketing, and healthcare legal agreements
- Must live in Gerogia and be able to commute / travel to the regional communities located in Atlanta, Macon, Savannah and Southern Ga.
