Construction Safety Manager

Job Description

Enterprise Solutions is a safety-focused Electrical Contractor offering electrical implementation and energy optimization solutions to new construction and existing buildings. Formerly operating as Enterprise Electric we have completed thousands of projects across the United States. We are looking for a Construction Safety Manager to join our team of over 500 professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in strategies and initiatives to promote and maintain a positive safety culture.
• Inspect jobsites across the southeast to identify and correct deficiencies or potential hazards, and to ensure compliance to OSHA / DOT / Company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist management in the investigation of safety-related incidents and injuries to determine causes and contributing factors.
• Responsible for the effective and professional communication with General Contractors, Company management and field employees.
• Assist management with safety performance metrics to facilitate continuous, on-going improvement of the company’s safety results.
• Conduct or facilitate safety training and education programs to supervisory and field employees through formal training classes or safety meetings.
• Assist in the creation and updating of safety policies and training courses.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Safety Director.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years' experience in electrical construction or related construction fields.
• OSHA 30 required, additional safety certifications desired.
• Strong leadership qualities, unafraid to make on-the-spot corrections and address issues with field leadership.
• Deadline and detail-oriented.
• Must be willing to fly commercial to job locations across the southeast USA at least monthly.
