Our Purchasing Assistants work under the supervision of our Manager of Supply Chain Services. Our Purchasing Assistants have responsibility for monitoring, analyzing, and improving our demand forecasts to support strategic purchasing for construction materials, ranging from commodities to miscellaneous items.

Our Purchasing Assistants work under the supervision of our Manager of Supply Chain Services. Our Purchasing Assistants have responsibility for monitoring, analyzing, and improving our demand forecasts to support strategic purchasing for construction materials, ranging from commodities to miscellaneous items.
Responsibilities
- Process Purchase Orders (POs) in support of ongoing and future projects via routine purchases and forecasting processes.
- Monitor the execution of, and compliance with, strategic purchase agreements.
- Support vendor collaboration.
- Work with the accounting department to ensure accurate and timely payment of invoices.
- Support the design and implementation of supply chain solutions.
- Identify cost savings opportunities and efficiencies.
- Fundamental understanding of purchasing and supply chain concepts.
- Proficient in MS Office, with advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively across all levels.
