Systems Analyst

Position Summary

The Systems Analyst at eShipping Distribution Services will be responsible for managing many information technology areas of the business including but not limited to software, support, integrations, and vendor management. The Systems Analyst will help maintain our warehouse management system and troubleshoot any related issues. This individual will also analyze customer problems to develop software solutions and will be responsible for training others on solution implementations.

Ensuring our processes are managed internally and with outside vendors and customers is important. This individual will partner with operations, sales, administrative personnel, and executive teams to deliver knowledgeable, efficient, and courteous service to our employees and customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Duties include but are not limited to the following:

• Oversee the acquisition, configuration, maintenance, and support of all hardware assets
• Monitor internal support requests and oversee the response and resolution process, including hands-on resolution and vendor escalations
• Perform routine equipment evaluations to test performance, identify potential issues, and design improvements
• Maintain the warehouse management system integrity and security by researching and resolving system and networking problems
• Assist in the management of various technology vendors to build relationships with external partners
• Work with both external customers and internal partners to manage, implement, and support various technology projects and initiatives
• Assist with new customer system setup, including system configuration and rate entry
• Participate in development and deployment of strategic software solutions
• Assist in building and maintaining customized reports utilizing Crystal Reports, Power BI, and other platforms as required
• Other general support tasks as assigned

Minimum Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Appropriate Industry experience

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
