What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Advocate position at Spotlight Analyst Relations?
The Customer Advocate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customers ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. The candidate will work closely with our consulting, sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure the successful adoption of our software by our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with your Success Enablement partner for all new client implementations
- Lead implementation and onboarding for assigned net new customers
- Lead onboarding and new feature adoption for internal employees
- Manage a portfolio of customers at a value of ~1.5 ARR, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and issues, proactively addressing any concerns and resolving them in a timely and efficient manner.
- Analyze customer usage data and develop insights to drive product adoption and usage.
- Develops and executes client account strategies for strong implementation, deep adoption, high retention and expansion of customers.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to develop and implement customer success strategies that drive retention.
- Work closely with the product team to ensure that customer feedback is incorporated into product development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in customer success management in a B2B SaaS company.
- Strong understanding of foundational customer success management principles.
- Proven track record of managing customer accounts and achieving retention and expansion targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
