JOB DUTIES:
Improve manufacturing processes, quality control, production/inventory control and safety protocols. Eliminate and decrease costs and waste in the facility based on careful analysis and review of current production methodology. Design 3D components, drawings, models with design engineers of parts fixtures to hold components on assembly processes. Create a production plan to ensure efficient inventory management. Create control system to increase company bottom line and ensure products meet quality standard. Collaborate with cross functional teams to optimize company manufacturing methodologies and eliminate waste. Travel and/or relocation to various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. required. Apply expertise in the following: 3D Design and 3D print of Part Fixtures, CAD Layouts of facilities, Six Sigma, AutoCAD.
SPECIAL SKILLS:
Position requires a Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field and six (6) months of experience. Travel and/or relocation to various unanticipated location throughout the U.S. required.
