About the Role
eShocan is seeking a skilled and motivated Technical Program Manager to join our Interiors Team. In this role, you will collaborate with a team of talented engineers to support the interior development efforts.You will be responsible for managing multiple project schedules, coordinating activities across departments, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results within budget constraints. This position will involve working closely with management, design, craftsmanship, UX, supply chain, testing, and vehicle safety teams to lead the design and development processes effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Coordination & Scheduling :
Manage multiple scheduling activities for simultaneous interior development projects.
Operate across multiple departments to coordinate design, engineering, and supplier activities.
Use Jira to communicate engineering tasks and track progress.
Manage data exchange and track development of new technologies and innovations with suppliers.
Develop and implement processes with engineering to improve efficiencies.
Provide regular updates to management on project Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
