eShow a global leader in event management and production solutions is looking to add a motivated Exhibits Product Specialist to the team.
Position Description
The Exhibits Product Specialist will support clients in making their event a huge success using eShow’s proprietary software. Candidates should have excellent customer service and project management skills. Past experience in trade shows/conference management is preferred.
JOB REQUIREMENTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Build and maintain client relationships via telephone, email, screen share, and face-to-face communication.
Drive, set, lead and recap weekly client meetings, including agenda creation, action items, and appropriate timelines and deadlines
Set day-to-day expectations with client using clear and concise communication
Spearhead the appropriate documentation for the planning process on each of your events, and communicate this to our clients and internal team members.
Continual communication with your team on the ongoing development of these communication tools, using eShow best practices
Ongoing communication of these deliverables to your clients, including driving the overall event timeline
Handle escalation issues and manages to de-escalation
Coordinate with outside departments including Creative Services and Developers to meet client deadlines.
CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS:
Provide exceptional customer service to all clients by listening to and assisting clients while exceeding their needs, as well as demonstrating an excellent knowledge of eShow products.
Service clients, including understanding the nature of client inquiries, determining next steps, and pursuing issues to successful and prompt completion.
Assist the client with understanding best practices where applicable in order to help deter from bad decisions early in the event lifecycle.
Ability to understand customer’s profile including unique service requirements, expectations & business/industry segment.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum Experience:
2-3 years of experience in event industry and/or SAAS
Previous project and/or client management experience
Excellent computer and technology skills
Bachelor’s degree is preferred
CMP certification desirable
Heavy use of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Development of attainable timelines for each event
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task and manage multiple client deadlines
Strong analysis and judgment skills
Work well in a team environment
Salary : $45,000 - $55,000
