What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Assistant position at ESKA USA BV?
Summary
The Customer Service Assistant supports the internal sales team and the daily interaction with Eska’s customers including, order processing, planning, communication regarding shipping & receiving, and resolving issues. In addition, the Customer Service Assistant will adhere to and embrace the following management philosophy.

Essential duties and responsibilities
Enters order information accurately and in a timely manner.
Matches bills-of-lading, and customer purchase orders, ensures completeness and accuracy of shipment to PO and digitally files the order packet.
Reviews all unshipped orders and works with the internal sales team to resolve.
Prepares and ships samples of product and other items as needed.
Sends credit applications to prospective customers on behalf of the internal or external sales team. Collects and processes completed applications.
Requirements:Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Digital communication skills including the Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn proprietary software.
Ability to use a multifunction printer and store documents in a cloud service.
Demonstrated attention to detail including identifying typographical and mathematical errors.
Customer service experience, including professional communication by email, phone, and virtual meeting.
