We need to hire a Maintenance Person to assist our team with daily tasks. A successful Maintenance Person will be responsible for cleaning various areas of the office, performing minor repairs and responding to any urgent issues. Individuals who are highly detail-oriented will do well in this position.
Responsibilities
- Minor repairs to the plumbing, electrical wiring, and HVAC systems in the building.
- Repair and maintain the building structure such as doors and stairways.
- General property maintenance
- Unit work orders
Qualifications
- Proficient in English and mechanical knowledge
- Strong understanding of schematics and facilities maintenance
- Experience with maintenance tasks and troubleshooting
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
