Responsibilities
- Work closely with new and existing clients to guide them through both strategy and ESM software implementation processes to drive client adoption and ongoing positive outcomes.
- Manage day-to-day relationships with customers including remote-based strategy consulting, ESM implementation, and training services.
- Develop customer account penetration and growth plans including both ESM products and professional services.
- Facilitate client review meetings (face-to-face meetings with client's full executive team) and plan / design strategic plans in the ESM application for some of the world’s largest organizations.
- Establish & maintain sales pipeline, forecast, and growth targets for stable of accounts managed.
- Create custom marketing content as needed in order to advance account growth and corporate sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with product team, share ideas, and support execution of ESM product improvements based on client delivery experience and customer feedback.
- Update product documentation and training collateral.
