Key Responsibilities:
- Perform front desk duties, including greeting patients and managing check-ins.
- Answer incoming phone calls and address inquiries professionally.
- Relay messages to the therapy team via internal communication systems.
- Utilize EPIC software for scheduling and patient management.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in front desk or administrative roles.
- Proficiency in EPIC system is required.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Local candidates preferred for minimal commute.
