The Senior Vice President of Sales responsibilities :
- Develop and execute a systematic sales strategy, leveraging the company's industry-leading solutions to drive revenue growth and market expansion
- Implement and refine a scalable and predictable sales process with high operational rigor across each of ESO's customer segments ; drive growth in both high velocity and enterprise sales approaches
- Hire, l ead and manage the sales team, utilizing data analytics to provide guidance, coaching, and support, ensuring that decisions are informed by actionable insights derived from sales performance data, market trends, and customer feedback
- Foster a culture of healthy competition, high p erformance and continuous improvement
- Serve as a liaison between product development and sales, using ma rket insights to shape product enhancements and strategic initiatives
- Define and communicate the company's value proposition effectively to both new and existing clients, emphasizing ESO's commitment to advancing its mission.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop and implement a cohesive sales and marketing strategy that supports ESO's growth and customer engagement goals.
- Work closely with executive leadership, Board members, and investors to establis h and execute company growth objectives
- Promote cross-functional collaboration, ensuring alignment of sales strategies with the organization's mission .
