Job Description:
Key Performance Indicators / Duties & Responsibilities
- Focus on the support to Client dealers and customers.
- Using various strategies and tools to provide effective solutions to customers' and dealers' concerns.
- Providing technical support for Client products to dealers and customers.
- Communicating with dealers, spare parts team, sales team workshop team, etc. to ensure that services and parts are delivered effectively.
- Responsible for handling warranty cases of Client products.
- Providing product training and service training for dealers and customers.
- Collecting feedback and suggestions from dealers and customers, working with the Client team to improve machines.
- Providing recommendations about new features and product improvements.
- Complete other related tasks arranged by the manager
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $95,000.00 per year
