Role::Business Operations Analyst Senior
Location: Onsite in McLean, VA Tuesday through Thursday.
Assignment Type: Contract Only - 12 Month initial duration.

Legal experience: candidates practiced in Technology, Procurement, Government but was missing the must haves sophisticated transaction experience specifically

Please let your candidates know that they will need to shut down their practice or confirm they will not work out of their own practice while working on assignment.
Candidate must have experience at Large Law firms.

Must Haves:

• 7 years of experience is required.
• Must have hands on experience using MS Office Suite.
• Must have merger and acquisitions (M&A) or structured finance transactions experience, they should have sophisticated transaction experience specifically.
• Title company experience or experience with just foreclosures is not sufficient here, they need to have specific experience with complex financial transactions - not necessarily just real estate.

Job Description:
Licensed Attorney with 7-10 years of experience.
Understanding of the finance industry, preferably commercial or multifamily real estate

-Asset-based lending
Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project) and SharePoint
Strong analytical and communication skills; strong negotiation and document drafting skills
