What You'll Do:
Apply masking materials (tape, paper, plugs) to sheet metal parts to protect areas from paint
Carefully inspect parts to ensure accurate masking and readiness for painting
Follow detailed safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear
Keep your work area clean, organized, and free of hazards
Support the paint line team with additional tasks as needed
Perform other duties as assigned to maintain smooth operations
What We're Looking For:
High school diploma or GED preferred
Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality
Willingness to learn new skills and follow instructions precisely
Basic understanding of workplace safety practices
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical stamina to stand, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
Work Environment:
Active role requiring constant manual work and physical movement
Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as hearing protection, safety glasses, steel-toe shoes, gloves, and safety belts
Exposure to common industrial hazards, including noise, vibration, sharp edges, and chemicals, with strict safety measures in place
