What You Will Be Doing:
- Building outstanding relationships with patients and Espire team members.
- Working directly with practice business leaders, front office teams the business support center teams on a day to day basis to help drive exceptional patient care and experiences.
- Being the day to day direct point of contact for patients and the practice teams.
- Being a patient care and dental experience expert.
- New patient scheduling
- In-bound calls
- Form leads
- Phone, text, and email responses to patients
- Employee and patient referrals
- New patient scheduling
- Being a Patient Care Navigator
- Handle Patient communications
- Make Post-operative calls
- Coordinate Doctor communications and letters
- Coordinate Outbound specialty referrals
- Prepare Thank you-cards
