RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget, including acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants.
- Define project objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.
- Direct and manage project development from beginning to end, defining project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
- Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals, setting and continually managing project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel, identifying and resolving issues and conflicts within the project team.
- Monitor and report on the project's progress, problems, and solutions to all stakeholders, implementing project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or a related field.
- Proven project management experience in the construction, engineering, or architectural design industry, with a preference for those with experience in elevator design and installation.
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices, including Microsoft Project, Excel, and other Microsoft Office Suite products.
- Proficient in utilizing computer-aided design (CAD) software and understanding of BIM (Building Information Modeling) processes.
- Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage with and inspire a team.
- Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), project management software, and the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.
