Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and answering phone calls professionally.
- Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and maintaining organized records.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members.
- Utilize Google Suite to create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations as needed.
- Support office management tasks including inventory control and supply ordering.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and workflow.
- Provide assistance in a dental or medical office setting as needed, including patient check-in processes.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while adhering to company policies.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
- Proficient in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and other office software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
