Job Title : Client Relationship Manager (Personal Injury Law)
Job Overview :
The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with medical professionals in Florida to generate new business for personal injury cases. This individual will work closely with doctors, healthcare facilities, and specialists to ensure a steady stream of patients in need of personal injury legal representation.
Responsibilities :
- Identify and build relationships with healthcare providers in assigned region (doctors, chiropractors, orthopedic surgeons, pain management specialists, etc.).
- Schedule and attend meetings with medical professionals to introduce the firm and explain how the referral process works.
- Educate doctors on the benefits of referring patients to a trusted personal injury attorney.
- Track all interactions and referrals in the CRM system.
- Follow up with doctors post-meeting to maintain and strengthen relationships.
- Provide updates to the management team on progress, challenges, and successes.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical standards while representing the firm.
