Onsite Enrollment Coordinator Position
Job description
Part-time Contractor (min 30hrs/wk) to Full-Time: (base salary commissions)

We believe every patient with chronic disease deserves consistent check-ins, follow-up, and support.
We are expanding our team to include an On-Site Enrollment Coordinator to assist our medical practices and patients with in-person enrollments and onboarding to the Principal Care Management(PCM) and Remote Therapeutic Monitoring(RTM) programs as well as setting them up with their RTM devices. This role will be in person at your assigned medical clinic, and you will report to your Esrun Health Supervisor as well as working closely with the on-site staff as a representative of Esrun Health. As a team member at Esrun Health, you will have the ability to make a true impact on the success of our partner clinics while helping to improve the lives of our patients by aiding them in chronic care management.
This is a Part-time contractor position and will be an independent contractor role. (1099)
Compensation Package:
This position is a 1099 contractor position with a Base/Comm compensation package as follows:
BASE PAY $1000.00 per pay period (twice monthly)
COMMISSION PAY $ 8.00 per enrollment secured (*no limit)
*With the current patient traffic in the clinic, we fully expect a minimum of 50 enrollments per week, or 100 enrollments per pay period.
That would break down to $1800.00 per pay period ($900/wk.) Of course, if the minimum enrollment numbers are not met, that commission amount would be less, but the $1000.00 base pay is always guaranteed.
Pay periods run from the 1st -15th and then from the 16th to the end of month. Direct deposits drop on the 7th and 22nd of the month.
Role Responsibilities:
- The role of Enrollment Coordinator is a healthcare-based sales position.
- The role requires working directly with patients and practice staff, being responsible for helping prospective patients learn more about our PCM/RTM services and completing the enrollment process and device deployment.
- Develops a positive interaction with patients on behalf of the practice and Esrun Health and facilitates an excellent patient experience, navigating them through the enrollment process where the result is a patient excited for their first appointment.
- Improve revenue by enrolling new patients and increasing visits for management of chronic conditions and medication management through the RTM portion of the program.
- Attend regularly scheduled meetings (i.e., Esrun Health All Hands Monthly Meetings, monthly one on one's, etc.) online. These meetings will be important to define the current scope of work.
