ESS Support Services Worldwide is the market leader in offering hospitality services to remote sites. We are currently looking for a Camp Boss/Camp Manager for two of our West Texas Land Camps. Responsibilities include the management of Front Desk, Kitchen and Housekeeping. Positions schedule requires working a 4 week on and 2 week off rotation between two locations. The 4 week on schedule will be 2 weeks at one location and 2 weeks at second location.
Supervisory Responsibilities
At any one time, manage and directly supervise 5 or more non-supervisory employees. Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of this unit. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees, planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems from client, guests and employees.
Essential Duties and responsibilities include the following:
- Adheres to, and embraces safety best practice, corporate policies and procedures.
- Maintains great public relations with the clients and guests.
- Resolves client and guest customer service issues quickly, efficiently, and constructively.
- Ensures compliance to contract, scope of work and company standards.
- Provides client and corporate reports as required.
- Follows administrative policies and procedures and protects the assets of the company and client.
- Continually review services with the object of reducing cost and increasing profitability without loss of standard.
- Supervise, direct and schedule activities of company personnel. Provide communication, training and help to ensure the success of the company, the team, and the individuals tasked.
- Maintains accurate and timely accounting and financial records.
- Establish employee training and development programs consistent with company operating policies and procedures.

Pay: $1,800.00 - $2,000.00 per week
