Overview : The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial insights and projections through reliable data and analysis to be used in decision-making and planning. The FP will also provide finance support to the accounting team and assist with special projects as needed. A degree in finance / accounting is REQUIRED.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Provide FP&A finance support to the accounting teams related to productivity, demand planning, reporting, and metrics in a timely manner.
- Identify and understand business challenges; propose and create solutions.
- Work to collaborate on metrics, goals, and business reviews.
- Conduct in-depth analysis and subject matter expert to provide additional insight into financial data.
- Work on corporate projects and initiatives that impact the entire organization.
- Identify and research variances to forecast, budget, and prior-year expenses, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Support strategic decision-making through financial modeling, scenario analysis, and sensitivity studies.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization.
