OVERVIEW : The successful candidate is responsible for exercising a variety of strategies to recruit a high volume of talented and qualified substitute teachers, paraprofessionals, and school support staff to work with ESS clients in Colquitt County Schools!
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Apply proven methods to identify, attract, and facilitate the hiring of qualified and diverse education professionals.
- Attend and recruit at local community and university career fairs, traveling up to 50% of the time within the county paid for by company.
- Provide accurate and inspiring information to candidates about the company and available positions.
- Create and foster relationships with colleagues and diverse professional organizations to attract a diverse group of candidates with a focus on college graduates and certified teachers.
- Extend offers of employment to selected candidates.
- Work cooperatively with all members of the team.
- Complete special projects as needed.
