Business Unit Leader - Wood Framing Division

What You Will Do:

• Lead and Manage: Take charge of the wood framing division, overseeing all operations, from project management to team development. Ensure every project upholds our high standards and embodies our core values.
• Strategic Oversight: Craft and execute strategic plans specific to wood framing, enhancing operational efficiency, quality, and division profitability.
• Cost Control: Manage budgets, negotiate with suppliers, and streamline procurement to optimize costs without compromising quality.
• Client Relations: Act as the primary liaison for clients and stakeholders within the wood framing sector, fostering robust partnerships and exploring new business opportunities.
• Innovation Leadership: Promote a culture of innovation that encourages new techniques and process improvements, maintaining our position at the industry's cutting edge.

• An experienced Senior Project Manager or Project Executive with a background in wood framing or construction management, eager to lead a specialized division.
• Or, a Small Business Owner from the construction sector, looking to bring your entrepreneurial expertise to a larger organizational framework.
• Alternatively, a Multifamily Lumber Salesman with regional or area responsibilities, accustomed to leading a team of direct reports and managing significant sales territories.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a closely related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• At least 7 years of experience with a significant focus on wood framing or construction management.
• Strong leadership capabilities, with a history of managing teams and projects effectively.
