- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
- Educate patients and their families on health management, disease prevention, and treatment options.
- Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in condition, providing acute care as needed.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Uphold standards of practice in home care settings and behavioral health scenarios as required.
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and hospital medicine practices.
- Experience in acute care settings preferred; familiarity with neonatal care is a plus.
- Proficiency in aseptic techniques and the ability to perform various nursing procedures.
