Responsibilities:

• Deep Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Essence’s wide range of health services and treatments, including hormone therapy, functional medicine, and weight management programs, so you can confidently and persuasively communicate their benefits.
• Relationship Building: Build meaningful, long-term relationships with potential clients by truly understanding their health concerns and offering personalized, solution-driven options.
• Follow Through: Ensure a smooth onboarding process for clients, demonstrating ongoing commitment and follow-up.
• Record Keeping: Maintain meticulous records of client interactions and sales activities.
• Market Awareness: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitors to better position Essence's services and grow our market share.

Qualifications:

• Must speak fluent Portuguese and conversational English
• A proven track record in sales, preferably within healthcare, wellness, or medical fields.
• Someone who is self-sufficient, organized, and detail-oriented—you take ownership of your work and thrive without micromanagement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; building trust and rapport with clients comes naturally to you.
• A results-driven mindset—if you’re not motivated by meeting (and exceeding) sales targets, this isn’t the right fit.

What We Offer:

• Pay: $48,000 base salary 5-10% sales commission, with uncapped earning potential. Your income is limited only by your effort and results.
