Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Marijuana Budtender to join Essence located in Harper Woods. As a Budtender, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and educating clients about our range of cannabis products. Duties
- Assist customers in selecting cannabis products that meet their needs and preferences.
- Provide product demonstrations and educate customers about various strains, consumption methods, and effects.
- Maintain an organized and well-stocked display of products, ensuring all items are accurately labeled.
- Engage in upselling techniques to promote additional products or services that may benefit the customer.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for customers, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Accepting/prepping carry out orders.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and outstanding customer service.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. Prior experience at another dispensary is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele.
- Knowledge of cannabis products, including strains, effects, and consumption methods is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn about new products and industry trends.
- Must be of legal age to work in the cannabis industry as per state regulations.
