Job Description:

This position requires a dedicated and compassionate individual who can provide high-quality care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Providing direct care to skilled nursing facility residents, ensuring their safety and comfort within the scope of the nursing assistant role.
• Assisting with personal hygiene care, nutritional needs, and maintaining a safe environment for residents.
• Recognizing and reporting changes in resident condition to shift nurses, preventing abuse and neglect of vulnerable adults.
• Maintaining awareness of safety issues and striving to accomplish responsibilities in a safe manner.
