Essentia Health Moose Lake Hospital seeks a dedicated Nursing Care Coordinator to organize and provide high-quality nursing care to patients. This role involves assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation of patient needs.
About the Position:
This Nursing Care Coordinator will be responsible for delegating aspects of care to other nursing personnel based on their licensure, preparation, and job descriptions. The successful candidate will contribute to meeting the mission and goals of the facility and Essentia Health.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Organize and coordinate nursing care for patients
- Delegate tasks to other nursing personnel as needed
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to meet patient care needs
- Respond to emergency situations and assist ambulance teams as required
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
- Current license to practice nursing in the state
- Trauma Care After Resuscitation (TCAR) or Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification within one year of hire
