As a Bookkeeper/Accountant, you will play a key role in supporting our clients’ financial needs, ensuring accurate and timely financial records. Typical duties include:
- Maintaining financial accounting records, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and work-paper preparation
- Preparing and maintaining depreciation schedules
- Training and assisting clients with QuickBooks (online and desktop versions)
- Preparing and reviewing payroll, sales, and use tax returns
- Performing additional tax and accounting-related assignments as directed by your supervisor
What You Bring
- At least 2 years of accounting education/training or similar work experience
- Proficiency in computer applications, including spreadsheets, word processing, and QuickBooks accounting software
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills
- The ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with both clients and team members
