Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Scheduler/Onboarding Manager to schedule all company shifts and lead our onboarding processes. This role will ensure a seamless transition for new hires into our organization and manage all aspects of our caregiving staffing. The ideal candidate will focus on creating an engaging and efficient onboarding experience as well as assessing which new or current staff members will compliment ongoing shifts with our clientele. This role is essential in fostering a positive company culture and enhancing employee retention.

Duties
- Create and maintain detailed schedules for clients, matching them with appropriate caregivers based on skillset, availability, and client preferences.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific onboarding and scheduling needs.
- Manage the entire onboarding process, including pre-boarding activities, orientation sessions, and follow-up evaluations.
- Utilize CRM systems for onboarding, tracking, and scheduling daily.
- Work hand in hand with Operations and Recruiting department to coordinate and manage schedules of clients receiving in home care with available caregivers.
- Be primary contact between clients, caregivers, and the agency handling scheduling, inquiries, changes, and concerns.
- Data Entry and record keeping.
- Adhere to all relevant state regulations and agency policies related to scheduling, client care, and onboarding.
- Ensure compliance with all contractual obligations related to employee onboarding.
- Various administrative duties as needed/instructed such as answering phones, updating company calendar, compliance reviews, scanning, copying, etc.
- Must maintain privacy of clients at all times.
Experience
- Proven experience with scheduling and onboarding processes.
- Computer skills is an absolute must with experience working with CRM's.
- Needs to understand home care certification and state requirements.
- Experience working in home care office environment.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with new hires, existing caregiver staff, and clients.
