Purpose and Summary:
The Human Resource Operations Specialist plays a key role in assisting with various HR functions to support smooth operations and compliance with necessary regulations. Key duties include supporting incident reporting, educating staff about workplace expectations and policies, handling employee resignations and terminations, conducting HR audits, processing Workers' Compensation claims, and assisting with background check compliance. The HR Operations Specialist will support the investigation of workplace incidents, facilitate the offboarding process, and collaborate with multiple departments to uphold efficient HR operations and legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with Incident Reporting and Investigations
- Support the Offboarding Process for DSPs
- Help with Background Check Compliance
- Prepare and Maintain Reporting Metrics and Documentation
- Assist with HR Compliance Audits
- Administer Leave Resources for DSPs
- Educating staff about workplace expectations and policies with DSPs as needed
- Perform Other Duties as Assigned
Organizational Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain positive, cooperative working relationships to support seamless service delivery across departments.
- Understand and contribute to maintaining a safe workplace, minimizing workplace injuries.
- Ensure the accuracy, confidentiality, and proper management of agency records.
- Comply with all relevant legislation, as well as Essential Services LLC policies, standards, and procedures.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Successfully completed a DHS criminal history check.
- Legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Ability to communicate effectively via SMS, email, phone calls, and in person.
- Proficiency with computers and software programs such as Microsoft Word, Adobe Fill & Sign, Adobe PDF Programs, Internet Explorer, Windows, phone-based applications, and email correspondence.
- Strong ability to follow instructions, work independently, exercise good judgment, and prioritize tasks.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while adhering to company policies, procedures, and the vision, mission, and core values of Essential Services LLC.
- No substantiated abuse or neglect findings from DHS, CDDP, or any other relevant authorities.
- Valid drivers license and appropriate levels of auto insurance if required to drive for job duties.
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay scale:$4,000 per month.

Schedule:
- Standard working hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Flexibility is required, as there may be occasional needs to stay beyond regular hours or work on weekends to complete tasks and meet project deadlines.
Salary : $2,000 - $4,000
