Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruiting, hiring, background checks, and new hire orientations
- Oversee training programs and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Handle employee relations, including performance management and dispute resolution
- Assist with compensation analysis, benefits administration, and HR policy development
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience (property management industry preferred)
- Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
- Proficiency in Paycor ATS, MacOS, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
