Customer Service Representative/Assistant Dispatcher

Starting Pay Range : $18.00–$22.00 / hour What You’ll Do : Answer Calls with Care : Greet callers professionally and address their needs with efficiency and kindness. Deliver Exceptional Service : Provide clear and accurate information about our services, pricing, and policies. Educate Customers : Share information about promotions, maintenance plans, or additional services tailored to their needs. Schedule with Precision : Use scheduling software to align service appointments with technician availability. Maintain Records : Ensure accurate data entry for customer information and service details. Follow Through : Conduct courtesy calls to confirm appointments and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the Team : Keep communication flowing with staff to ensure seamless service delivery. What You’ll Bring : Exceptional communication and active listening skills. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a dynamic environment. Proficiency in basic computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, email, etc.). Positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for customers. Preferred : Experience in customer service, call centers, or administrative roles.
