Job Summary
The IT Administrative Assistant will perform responsibilities related to office functions of the Information Technology department. Supervisory Role Oral and written instructions are received from the Project Manager or designee. Duties & Responsibilities 1. Answer phone calls, manage emails, and greet visitors. 2. Organize meetings, take notes during team meetings, and handle correspondence. 3. Assist in planning, organizing, and implementing projects. 4. Maintain and update files, handle data entry, and related activities. 5. Help coordinate project schedules and resources. 6. Assist with event planning and other special projects as needed. 7. Prepare routine, special, and ancillary reports as required. 8. Maintain strict confidentiality and security of records. 9. Perform other related duties as required.
