Overview:
Essex Family Dental is looking for a Sterilization Technician ready to enter a career into the dental field.The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our dental practice. This role will provide an opportunity to move into a hygiene assistant role for the right candidate. We will provide an X-ray certification course for the right person after 6 months of employment.
Duties:
- Perform sterilization and disinfection of dental instruments and equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sterilization area
- Follow infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff
- Collaborate with dental professionals to support efficient patient care
-Assumes additional responsibilities to support providers as needed
Shifts available-
Monday- 7am-1pm/1pm-7pm
Tuesday - 7am-1pm/1pm-7pm
Wednesday-1pm-7pm
Thursday- 7am -1pm/1pm-7pm
Once a month rotation on Saturdays (8-2pm) required. We provide additional compensation per hour on this day.
Skills:
