About the Job
- This position will primarily handle Accounts Payable for the hotel, marina, and golf courses, with additional cash deposit responsibilities.
- The ideal candidate will have some accounting work experience and general accounting knowledge of debits & credits, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fixed assets.
The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting and reviewing accounts payable invoices for correctness, proper authorization, and expense coding. They will also ensure invoices have the correct due date in the system and make payments by checks, online, credit card, or phone as directed by the Essex Controller.
