Job Summary : The Spa Director is responsible for overseeing the successful operation, management, leadership and profitability of the spa at The Essex Resort & Spa. This role focuses on ensuring the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction, creating an exceptional guest experience, developing a high-performing team and aligning spa operations with the resort's standards of excellence.
