Hotel Saranac is seeking an experienced and passionate Spa Director to lead and elevate our luxury spa experience. As the Spa Director, you will oversee the spa’s daily operations, manage a talented team, and drive revenue while ensuring every guest has an exceptional, personalized experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Staff Management: Lead a skilled team of spa therapists and receptionists, providing ongoing training, performance evaluations, and coaching to ensure excellent service standards.
- Operations Management: Oversee daily spa operations, from scheduling and product inventory to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene throughout the facility.
- Financial Management: Develop and manage the spa budget to ensure profitability. Analyze sales trends and implement strategies to optimize revenue and reduce expenses.
- Guest Experience: Ensure every guest receives a personalized, high-quality experience. Address and resolve any concerns or complaints promptly to maintain guest satisfaction.
- Marketing & Business Development: Collaborate with marketing teams to design strategies that increase client engagement and retention. Build and maintain relationships with local partners and potential clients.
- Compliance & Safety: Maintain proper licensing and certifications for staff. Ensure compliance with all local health and safety regulations.
Ideal Candidate:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in spa management, ideally in a luxury hotel/resort environment.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to manage a diverse team and deliver exceptional service.
- Excellent financial management skills, with experience in budgeting, revenue tracking, and cost control.
- A deep knowledge of spa treatments, services, and retail operations.
- Proven ability to create and execute successful marketing strategies.
