Job Responsibilities:
Assign service calls based on priority
Communicate with customers to schedule and update appointments
Support technicians with check-ins and dispatch
Maintain dispatch board
Participate in training
Other duties as needed
Requirements:
2 years of plumbing dispatch experience (preferred)
Experience with Salesforce or ServiceTitan (preferred)
Strong math, computer, and communication skills.
Able to stay calm under pressure and handle rescheduling clients.
Monday - Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm. Saturday rotation of 8:00am to 12:00pm every 6 - 8 weeks
- Must work on-site at our Reading office.
